1. Introduction

Welcome to Dynasty Racing. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and website. By purchasing shares, you accept these terms in full. Do not proceed if you do not accept all of the terms stated on this page.

2. Ownership Structure

• Ownership is on a shared basis as outlined in the specific ownership agreement for each horse.
• Each share represents a percentage of ownership and entitles the owner to a corresponding percentage of any prize money won, after deductions.
• Ownership through Dynasty Racing does not include any rights to the breeding career of the horse unless explicitly stated in the agreement.

3. Financial Responsibilities

• Shareholders are responsible for their portion of all training, veterinary, and racing expenses as outlined in the ownership agreement.
• Monthly management fees are due on the first of each month and are non-refundable.
• Any prize money won will be distributed after the deduction of all applicable fees and expenses as per industry standards.

4. Decision Making

All racing, training, and welfare decisions will be made by our expert trainer and management team. While we value and encourage owner input and provide regular, detailed updates, the final decision rests with the professionals acting in the best interest of the horse.

5. Transfer of Ownership

Shares may be transferred or sold subject to the prior written approval of Dynasty Racing management. A transfer administration fee may apply. The prospective new owner must agree to these terms and conditions in full before any transfer is finalized.

6. Liability

Horse racing is a sport that involves inherent risks. Dynasty Racing, its employees, and its partners will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from participation in racehorse ownership. We advise all owners to consider appropriate insurance.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued involvement will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
